At the entrance, the herbal tea corner will welcome you with a selection of natural infusions, inviting you to begin your relaxation journey.
Inside you will find a Finnish sauna where the play of colours will guide you to a deep stillness, you can then purify your body and mind in the steam bath ready to welcome you with its beneficial vapours mixed with aromatic essences.
Afterwards, the ice waterfall will allow you to benefit from the thermal contrast to promote skin tone and psychophysical well-being.
Opt instead for the emotional showers to gently refresh your body.
To end on an elegant note, the ergonomic leather loungers invite you to rest, providing the perfect place for a moment of relaxation and meditation.

Our Wellness Area is open daily from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. by prior arrangement, with the possibility of a "Private Wellness experience" at a cost of € 90 per couple, which includes exclusive access to the Wellness Area from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. with a bottle of sparkling wine and fresh strawberries.

To ensure a private haven of relaxation and well-being, access is granted to 4-6 people per hour.

Entry is not permitted to children under 16 years of age, youths aged between 16 and 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

You can top off your wellness experience with treatments and massages at the Aquarena Wellness Centre where, as guests of the Central Hotel, you can enjoy the indoor pool and The World of Saunas at a discounted price.
